Release Notes

This is a public, stable release. It includes:
- Full source for the VirtualAgent Assembly
- Full source for a Machine Simulator example application
- Full source for two Adapters (machine simulator and agent info)
- Binaries of required references (MTConnect SDK, OpenNETCF Extensions, OpenNETCF IoC, Padarn Desktop Eval)

This release only includes files for the desktop, though the Virtual Agent code base is fully Compact Framework compliant (CF project files for the Virtual Agent assembly is forthcoming)
